Select Memory View from the main 'View' menu to see all of the Memory used. Note also that the properties page of the program in the workspace, and the properties of each Section show the number of program steps used.

To view the Function lock and SFC memory usage select 'Memory Allocation...' from the main PLC menu and choose Function Block/SFC memory->Function Block/SFC memory statistics.
