Why does the CX-Server runtime fail to reboot on Windows 95?

If CX-Server runtime displays a reboot dialog, select the "No - reboot later" option. Control should return to the CX-Server OPC installation. If a reboot dialog is shown here select the "Yes - reboot now" option.
