Program Versions; Sysmac Studio Version 1.0, CX-Server Version 5.0, CX-Designer Version 3.3, CX-Drive Version 2.5
1. Create a ProjectCreate a New Project in Sysmac Studio.
2. CPU ConfigurationDouble Click on the CPU/Expansion Rack.
3. Create Device VariableDouble Click on the I/O Map.
4. Create HMI Variables for the MX2Double Click on the Global Variables.
5. Programming, Internal Variables (Program in Structured Text for HMI)Double Click on Section 0. Use the AT Specification attribute to specify the internal I/O memory address of a variable in memory used for CJ-series Units. Click with the Right mouse button at the program line in section0 and Select ‘Insert Inline ST’.
6. Use the Export Global Variable Tool to copy the Variables to the clipboard.Use the Tool to to export Global Variables from Sysmac Studio to CX-Designer.
Paste the Global Variable into the Symbol Table of CX-Designer and Select the Host.
7. Assign the address from the ListEasy select from the Symbol List the Addressing an build the HMI Program.
8. Create configuration for the CJ1W-PRM21 and the 3G3AX-MX2-PRT with CX-ConfiguratorFDTStartup CX-ConfiguratorFDT, select the NJ501, fill in the ETN settings and Create the Profibus Configuration.
Address Area’s for the Output and Input Allocation need to be specified in Sysmac Studio in the AT Specification.
9. MX2 Profibus Settings for the MX2 in Conventional profile.Start CX-Drive and change the communication settings for Profibus A001 = 4 (Option Card)
