How Do I Restart RS-232 Or The Peripheral Port Without Restarting The CPU?

Change the setting for AUTO/SETUP-switch for RS232 or peripheral port on CJ1.
The status of the switch is monitored by the cpu each scan, and everytime the setting is changed, the port is restarted.
