How Can We Write CS1 PLC CPU I/O Memory Data From A Personal Computer Via RS-232C For CS1 (1:1 Communication)?

The Personal Computer and CS1 CPU are connected with a RS-232C cable (XW2Z-200S-CV, etc), then use a Host Link Command or FINS Command,  issued from the Personal Computer's application.

CX-Programmer FA Integrated Tool Package can be also used to change I/O memory data.
