Why Do I Get An Error "Compile error: Can't find project or library" On Loading Spreadsheet? - CX-Server Lite version 1.0/OPC version 1.0

Either:

a) Click the Help button, to explain how to view the 'References' and remove references.
or
b) Create a new spreadsheet, and use the 'Edit | Move or Copy Sheet...' menu option to copy the old worksheet to the new workbook, and save the workbook with a different name.
