Affects:
CX-Programmer v2.1 with CX-Server v1.6 and FinsGateway 3.0

Situation:
The product above is being installed and requires the installation of CX-Server. The user requires to install FinsGateway as part of CX-Server (e.g. for CLK/SLK card support). The source for the installation is not the issue CD, but rather, is a copy of the CD on a hard disk or file server.

Problem:
FinsGateway installation fails because the installer cannot find essential files

Solution:
Install the whole product from the issue CD, or from a short path such as "c:\temp\"

Reason:
A defect in the installer for FinsGateway requires that the source files are in a short path rather than a long path.
