Why Am I Unable To Install CX-Protocol?


If uninstalling and then reinstalling CX-Protocol  does not fix the problem then you need to delete a Key in the windows registry
  • Open Run from the start menu
  • type Regedit
  • press enter)
  • Search and remove the following KEY
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
