What Is Error 'p6' On The 7 Segment Display

One of the outputs will have a 24VDC signal on it which causes a total shut down of the controller - all the I/O indicators turn red and you can't connect to the unit.

Remove all I/O plugs and power up. Fault find faulty cable to be able to restart the system.
