If you are unable to find what you are looking for within the knowledgebase using the simple search boxes, the advanced search function is your next option. It is also a good tool to use, if your search has returned to many results and you would like to narrow these down.

 

It gives you the option of searching within specific categories and also within a specific date range. So for example, you may only be interested in 'Tutorials' on CX-Server. In this instance, you would type in the word 'Cx-Server' and then select the 'Tutorials' category type from the box. You can also customise the number of results you would like to see displayed on the page with the simple drop down. More importantly the advanced search gives you the ability to search just on the default/text, ID only or the specific matched word.

 

Once you have made your selection, click on the 'search' button.
