Old CX-One Update Server Shut Down

The CX-One AutoUpdate service was upgraded in December 2008, with a new Upgrade tool and Server providing greatly increased bandwidth and reduced download times. In April 2009 a discontinuation notice was released and from October 1st 2009 the old server has been shut down.

Customers using (or reinstalling) CX-One versions 1.1 to 3.05, will only have the old CX-One Update tool. Full details can be found in this KnowledgeBase article How Do I Upgrade CX-One? but these customers can continue using Autoupdates by downloading the new Autoupdate tool.
