CX-Supervisor versions 2.0 and 3.0 do not operate with USB Dongles from version 1.3 or old parallel port dongles from older versions. You need to purchase a new runtime complete with a Machine Edition or PLUS Edition USB Dongle. Older product versions are illustrated below:

* CX-Supervisor V2.x runtime can be upgraded to the V3 runtime by purchasing the Runtime upgrade package. Only V2 runtime can be upgraded to V3.
A v2.x ME runtime will upgrade to a V3 ME runtime and a v2.x PLUS runtime will upgrade to a v3 PLUS runtime - the runtime upgrade package is the same.
